How do I redeem points in-store?
Let our team know at checkout that you’d like to redeem points.
Share your email, and we will apply your earned discount manually at the register.
What happens if I lose my reward code?
No worries — you can always find your reward codes inside your Rewards panel.
If you still need help, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No — points are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Can I combine loyalty rewards with other promotions?
Loyalty rewards may not be combined with other offers.
Our system will automatically apply the best available offer.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
If you redeemed points on the returned order, those redeemed points will not be refunded.
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes — you must create an account to earn and redeem points.
How do I add my birthday to receive birthday points?
Log in to your account and add your birthday to your profile.
Your birthday reward will be issued automatically on your birthday 🎉
How do I get my birthday points?
Add your birth date in your rewards profile at least 30 days before your birthday to receive your 100-point reward.
How do I check my points balance?
Simply log in and click the Rewards button on our site — your points and rewards will be displayed instantly.
How are points calculated?
Points are earned on the final value of the products in your order, including VAT.
Shipping costs and discount amounts do not earn points.
What if I placed an order before joining the program?
Points cannot be earned retroactively for past purchases made before registration.
