The LVJ Bonus & Shine rewards program by La Vie Jewelry is designed to reward our valued customers.

By joining the program, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• Participation is free.
• Account creation is required.
• Valid for both online and in-store purchases. 
  
  

Earning Points

• Points are awarded based on the program rules displayed on the rewards page.
• Points are added within 24 hours after order completion.
• For in-store purchases, a valid email must be provided to receive points.
• Points do not apply to shipping fees, returned or cancelled orders.

Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Points-based discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Redemption is done via customer account (online) or at the physical store.

 

Points Expiry

• Points expire 12 months after being earned unless account activity renews the balance validity.
• The store reserves the right to adjust expiration policy.

 

Returns & Cancellations

• Returned orders will result in point deductions.
• If points were redeemed on the returned order, the equivalent value may be deducted from the balance.

 

Program Modifications

• La Vie Jewelry reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
• Updates will be posted on the rewards page.

Misuse

• Accounts engaged in misuse or fraudulent activity may be suspended and points forfeited.
